Although fall is officially here, temperatures are still running at least 5 degrees above average in many spots. For Friday and the weekend, the weather will stay mostly sunny and warm with highs in the low to mid 90s. We will leave the chances of rain out of the forecast until next week when we see a weather pattern change that will allow for a 20-30% rain coverage as we head into Monday-Wednesday. Not everyone will get wet, but you'll want to keep the umbrella handy just in case. As we head into late next week, drier air should move into the area with highs dropping back into the 80s and lows in the 60s... a bit of a taste of fall!
